What TV Show has had the most cultural impact?

I'm inclined to say M.A.S.H. because it went on for so long and it was culturally on pace for the times, but I don't know if it's really stuck with people over the years. The Sopranos changed how programming is done so I could see that answer. I might also say The Simpsons. Everyone, even if they don't watch it, knows "DOH!" and other Simpson references. Lost was pretty big culturally changing as it swept the nation by storm. Lost parties were abundant. Even if people never watched it, people sure know about it.
